Breton galoches

Galoches is a traditional Breton game. Each player uses six pucks weighing about 920 g. From a distance of 8.50 m they try to knock a “galoche” (a 3×3×5 cm wooden piece) off the “billot” (a 50 cm-high log round). All six pucks are thrown in succession. Tournaments are organised as singles and in teams of three “galocheurs”.
